• The user has not exceeded the usage limit of their subscribed plan.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If the user has exceeded the usage limit of their subscribed plan.
• If the request is made after 14 days of the initial purchase.
• If the user is on a recurring subscription and has not canceled before the renewal date.
